I learned early on that power comes from knowing how to adapt without losing yourself. I built this agency after watching too many brilliant people shrink themselves to survival mode—buried in editing queues and managing 'the hustle' alone. I realized we aren’t meant to build like this doing everything alone and call it ambition. We don’t need more pressure; we need support.
